I don't know about you but this was my first attempt at creating a monochromatic card. I have to be honest here and tell you I struggled with it for a while and the end result... why don't you tell me.
As you can see I chose green as my primary colour and shaded with the same colour tones to create this weeks Bellariffic Friday card. I stamped the image called Flower Bottles on bellas bestest white paper from Stampingbella and used my prisma pencil crayons to bring them to life. There is always a reason behind everything I do, and why I chose green is because I am very tired of seeing White (snow). I am so ready for spring colours and what best describes spring to me is the colour of the grass and trees.
Have you guys been over the Stampingbella blog lately, if not you really need to check it out. Emily did an awesome release on Tuesday full of sweet rubbah and I mean sweet. From pixies to Mo images and my favorite, Journaling stamps from two new Artists, Isabelle Norris and Julie Fei-Fan Balzer.
OK, next weeks Bellarific challenge is a wonderful Sketch done by the one and only Linda H. I do hope you will play along with the rest of the babes and be sure to check out the bella blog to see all the monochro-madness.
Have a wonderful weekend, and for all the local sistahs, I hope to see you in Kitchener for Scrapfest.
Happy Crafting !!!
