...just a little something...Blogaversary Challenge Entry #2

Hello bloggers, here is my card for challenge #2 from Joanne at ...just a little something... which consists of Kraft paper and sewing. Let me tell you that my weakness is sewing but hey I tried my best. I used a stamp from Stamping Bella called Ketto's Clothesline and colored with Prisma crayons. I really like the way it turned out especially the sewing around the stamped image.

Thanks for dropping...

You're My Cup of Tea

Here is a simple card I made quite a while ago but did not have the chance to share with you all.
Have a wonderful weekend bloggers...

Snuggle from Greeting Farm

Isn't she absolutely precious. I just got her and had to make a card right away so I decided to paper piece her nightgown and toy bunny. I colored her hair and skin with Copics and added a touch of glitter for more of a mystical effect.

I hope you like todays card and I will try to have another video up by this weekend.

Happy crafting all...

...just a little something...Blogaversary Challenge Entry

Hiya bloggers, I am so excited to take part in Joanne's 3rd year blogaversary challenge over at ...just a little something... Her blog is one of my most favorite and inspirational website to visit so I would like to shout out a big congrats to Joanne on her up coming 3rd year and look forward to many more years of inspiration.

This weeks challenge is paper piecing and I used Izzie has a daisy from Stamping Bella. I used prisma pencil crayons to color her face, hair and the daisies and the rest was paper pieced from K & Company paper pack. When it comes to coloring with prisma pencil crayons my inspirational place is Paula's blog over at paper possibilities. This weekend I also purchased from stamping bella, Martha Stewart's punch set called double loop and I used this punch to decorate one corner, and also what is a card without glitter. I used glitter dust on Izzie's skirt and the double loop punch.

Well, there you have it for Monday. Also a quick update, I will be posting the 3rd episode of the Wild Card Cartridge Series later tonight called Pinwheel so look forward to that post. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.

Wild Card Cricut Cartridge - Stitched Card

Here is another card I made using the Wild card cartridge for the cricut called Stitched. With this particular card you really don't need any cartridges, just a simple 2 inch square paper punch will create this exact card.

I have a lot of scrap paper from previous projects that have accumulated and I challenge myself with every creation to use some of these scraps. As I mentioned in my video, I love buttons. They are simple, cute and hide little mess ups very nicely. You will notice in this card my ribbon did not go on straight because of the way I applied the scor-tape, but my buttons came to the rescue :o)

I hope you enjoy Series #2 and hopefully I will be filming more videos this week. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.

Wild Card Cricut Cartridge - Scallop Card

Hello Bloggers,

I am going to be making all the cards in the wild card cartridge and showing them all to you in Series of videos. The first card I made is on page 32 of your manual called scallop, not necessarily will I be making cards in the order they appear in the manual. If you have any questions about my videos please email me and I will try to help in the best way that I can. I will be also incorporating other techniques and tools to make each card unique.

Your options are limitless when it comes to paper crafts, the cricut, stamps and inks. Let your creativity take over and don't be scared to try different things. If you don't try you will never know what you are capable of creating.

I hope you enjoy the first episode of this series and I hope you will come back for more videos from this series.

Coloring with Prisma Pencil Crayons

Hi Everyone, I did another video yesterday showing you how I colored using Prisma pencil crayons and mineral spirit. I really like the way this card turned out, however the colors on the Huggabugg could have been a bit more intense. I need to work on shadowing more but isn't this all a working process.

If yo are wondering about the song I used, it's called Fairytale from Alexander Rybak, the winner of 2009 Eurovision.

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.

Another Card with Wasabi Ketto

Happy Saturday Bloggers, hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I quickly wanted to share a card I made not to long ago. Like I mentioned in my previous postings that this stamps is one of my favorites so I made another card with her. I normally don't use this many buttons on a card but I actually really like the way this turned out.

Happy crafting from My Scrapbooking andCraft Journal.

Hello blogger, here is another fun and simple card I want to share with you. I used the wooden Hero art Apron stamp. This would make a wonderful card when accompanied with a baked good to a friend.

Hope you like todays inspiration and keep coming back for more ideas.

Easel Card's and the Arrival of the Gypsy

Hello bloggers, here are a couple of more Easel cards I wanted to share with you. The second photo is a happy belated birthday card and the first one is a baby card. The rocking horse is actually a wooden piece that I got at Michael's.

While I was typing this post my door bell rang and I got a special delivery, YEAH !!! I just received the Gypsy and I am so excited to open it. This is a birthday gift from my kids and my husband and it arrived just before my birthday. Look at me, I am like a kid in a candy store. My next post will most likely be all about my view of the product. I did a lot of research before making the decision to actually go ahead and purchase it. Even though I am very happy and excited to getting it, I am however on the border line with this product.

Well bloggers, that's all I got for you today.

Cupcake Birthday Card for a Boy

Shared Laughter Is Love Made Audible

Hello Everyone, here is a card I made just now with a stamping Bella stamp called Wasabi Ketto. I had not used her in quite sometime and she happens to be one of my favorites. I stamped this image on Bella's best paper and colored her with prisma pencil crayons and mineral spirits.

My stamping tip for the day would be to use an excellent quality heavy white or off white paper to stamp your images on. There are specialty papers out there that works excellent with copic markers and prisma pencil crayons. I have tried many types of paper but the best one would be the one I purchased at Stamping Bella.
