Double Take of Bellarific Friday Sketch

OK, I took another shot of last weeks bellarific Friday sketch and this time around I used Theo gives a Prezzie and used paper from K & Company Pack called Secret Santa.  This image was so fun to color with my prisma pencil crayons and if you see the actual stamp, Theo is sitting on a present but I just wanted to use the Teddy Bear portion for my card.  I stamped the image on bella's bested paper and used Black Memto Ink.

Sorry it's not a video this time around but if you want to see my original video tutorial just head on over to Stamping Bella blog or Stamping bella TV on youtube.  Thanks for joining me and have a wonderful weekend.

Halloween is in the Air

I don't know about you but halloween sure made it's presence in my house this morning.  My daughter was so excited last night and prepared her costume in advance as a Fairy from the DEAD !!! I wanted her to be a nerd but that I idea did not fly in her books. We were up at 6:00 am getting ready  for today and I must give some credit for myself as I was the make-up artist behind the costume and she looked spook-tacular.

Next,  we have my little guy who became Venom two years in a row. However, he was more exited about losing two teeth in two days and getting money from the tooth fairy then Halloween and Candy.  In my opinion, children grow up way to fast with what they learn on TV, friends and environment all together   so in my house I make sure there spirit and imagination of youth continues as long as it can.  We believe in Tooth Fairies, Fairies, Santa Claus, Elves, Easter Bunny, bad fairies who take away or hide our toys when they are not cleaned up :o) and many others... Here are some photos of my toothless Venom.

We want to wish everyone a Safe and Happy halloween this weekend, please take extra caution when going out trick-or treating on Sunday.  Have a wonderful weekend everyone !!!

Cheer Up

It's a windy day in Toronto, my car is in the shop and I slept in this morning  and I hope my day gets better.
I was at the mall early this morning thinking the stores open at 9:00 am but no they open at 10:00 so I waited around until Gap's doors opened.  Both my kids needed winter coats and they are having 30 % off on there outer ware so I made good on that offer and picked up a couple of coats and a winter hat for my little guy.

Here is a 4 1/4 by 4 1/4 square card I made last night for a friend in need of a little cheering up.  I used Stamping bella's image called flower bottles and I stamped it on bella's bestest white paper. I also colored this image with prisma pencil crayons. Hope you like todays card, take care and happy crafting.

Viva Decor

It's me again bloggers, yeah I know twice in one day but I really wanted to share with you another video on a product called Viva Decor and what you can do with it, let me tell you this product is absolutely gorgeous !!!  This demo has been done by our one and only Emily,  the miss bella herself so don't forget to check it out.  If you want to get your hands on these just head on over to stamping bella by clicking here.  Enjoy and once again have a great week-end everyone.

Javabuggs

It has been a very busy week of creativity for me as I have stumbled upon a new art medium called Pan pastels. I have watched several youtube demos using this product and I was sold instantly. They are truly a delight to color with cause they apply on to paper like butter leaving no steaks behind ( I sound like a windex commercial ).  I have discovered our very creative Lindabella has also been experimenting with the panpastels, if you want to see what she created just click here.

Ok, enough about me rambling on about these pastels and lets get down to our bellarific Friday card challenge which was a sketch done by our very talented stamping bella designer  Elaineabella

I have used the Javabuggs by Christy Croll and you can take a closer look at this stamp by clicking here .
I also stamped the image on Bellas bested white paper and colored the image with prisma pencil crayons.

All the additional information is provided on my youtube video tutorial.  I hope you will find my interpretation on the sketch inspiring and be sure to check back again next week for another fun challenge which is the rule of 1, 2, 3 - one image, two pattern papers and three embellishments. Have fun and I can't wait to see what you all come up with on this challenge.  Wishing you all a fun filled weekend and be sure to visit the Stamping bella booth at the Toronto Convention centre.

Stamping bella Live from Scrapfest in Oshawa

I must tell you all I was at Scrapfest today and the Bella booth just ROCKED !!! Emily had no idea I was going to be there and the best part was her reaction when she saw me with my handy dandy video camera. I captured every moment for all of you to enjoy.  The bella stamps were flying off the racks sistahs, and there was a long line up to get to the cash which was being covered by Helen.

I really had a wonder time at scrapfest and seeing all the booths filled with yummylicious products made me feel like a little kid in a candy store. I hung around the bella booth most the time cause in my opinion it was way more exciting then the others and I am really not just saying that.

Stamping bella's new release is really something to talk about.  I cant wait to get my hands on them so I can really have  some fun.  They are going to be delish to color and turn into cards for every occasion.  For some awesome inspiration check out Stamping bella's design team and they are Paulabella, Danabella, Cathbella, Elainabella,  Jeaniebella, Lindabella, Kimabella, Paulineabella, and Wendybella

I will be heading over to bella land on Monday to film our star, Emily. She's got some awesome products and how to's to share with you so be sure to check out the Stamping bella channel and subscribe by clicking here
